Arizona is sending another great contender this year with Brittany Bell. Reminiscent of Alicia-Monique Blanco's success at Miss USA last year, Brittany will have to work really hard to surpass Alicia's 2nd Runner Up placement.
This exotic stunner has a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Arizona State University and a previous member of the Phoenix Suns Dancers. She's from Chandler and is 21 years old.
Brittany won the state crown after only one try.
