Jessica in only 19 and is from Colorado Springs. This gorgeous figure skater is a 2009 Kane Scholar, which gave her full scholarship to Colorado State University in Pueblo. She's pursuing a degree in Mass Communication and wants to be a news anchor in the future.
This was Jessica's first try at the Miss Colorado USA crown. She previously competed at the teen level where she placed 1st Runner Up in 2009.
Colorado has never had a Miss USA and has failed to make the semi finals since 2000. Jessica definitely has the goods to end this long drought.
