Idaho did well last year at Miss USA when Melissa Weber made top 15. This year, they have another good chance of repeating that with Jessca Hellwinkel. The camera loves this woman and is very photogenic. Jessca is 19 and a sophomore at Boise State University taking Business Marketing. Eventually, she wants to continue her studies into Fashion Marketing.
This is Jessca's first crack at the state title.
