The Sunflower State
The 90's was a great decade for Kansas. They placed 5 times and even produced a winner. They didn't do that bad in the 2000's either. They placed 3 times! As the new decade starts, the Sunflower State is looking for another winner with Bethany Gerber.
This 20-year-old is a junior at the University of Oklahoma majoring in Industrial Engineering. Bethany is working toward her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and hoping to obtain experience working with broadcasting companies. She was born in Wichita but currently resides in Winfield.
She has never competed at the state level before.
