Maine has never had a Miss USA but unlike Delaware, they have at least made the semi finals 5 times. The Pine Tree State is hoping that Katie Whittier finally breaks that barrier and crack the top 5. Katie just might!
Katie is probably going to be the tallest contestant at the Miss USA this year. This blonde stunner stands 6'2" tall. She's 26 and from New Gloucester. She played basketball in school both in high school and college and also spent a year playing professionally in a women's league in Switzerland.
This is Katie's first shot at the state crown.
