As many times as Nevada have made the semi finals, they have yet to produce a Miss USA winner. Last time they placed was in 2007 when Helen Salas placed 4th Runner Up to Rachel Smith of Tennessee.
This year's Miss Nevada is Julianna Erdesz. If she looks familiar to you, she competed at Miss America in 2009, also representing Nevada.
This 25-year-old Reno resident attended ICDA Charter High School, American Musical & Dramatic Academy and The New School University. Her ambition is to become a Broadway performer.
