When Juliette Spier made the top 6 in the 1996 Miss USA Pageant, we thought she will go all the way. But no other contestant from North Dakota ever touched our hearts more than Elizabeth Anne Jaeger, Miss North Dakota 1983. She is featured in our Funniest Interview section if you want to see her.
This year's contender is Taylor Kearns. Taylor is no stranger to the spotlight. She was Miss North Dakota Teen USA in 2007. She's 20 years old and lives in Fargo. She attends NDSU and majoring in Marketing. She also currently works at Repower America North Dakota.
This is her first shot at the state Miss title.
