The Old Dominion
Virginia has produced 2 Miss USA's and the very first state in Miss USA history to win back to back titles. It's been a while since The Old Dominion has been on the top 5. The last time they made the top 5 was in 1994 when Pat Southall placed 1st Runner Up to Miss South Carolina, Lu Parker. They might have a really good chance with their contestant this year, Samantha Casey.
Samantha is 21 and hails from Jeffersonton. Currently a Senior at the College of William & Mary, Samantha is pursuing a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
This will be Samantha's second time in a nationally televised pageant as she already competed at the 2006 Miss Teen USA and place 3rd Runner Up. This is her first shot at the state 'miss' level.
